The inspector will conduct regular scheduled and unannounced inspections, identify deficiencies, document findings, coordinate corrective actions with site supervisors and provide management with clear reports on the performance of each location. Key Responsibilities 1. Quality Inspection Conduct routine inspections of all assigned school facilities, including: Classrooms Toilets and washrooms Corridors and staircases Offices Staff rooms Common areas Entrances External areas Waste collection areas Storage and cleaning rooms Ensure all areas meet Falcon and client cleanliness standards. 2. Employee Performance Monitoring Monitor the performance of cleaners, helpers, labourers and supervisors. Check: Attendance and punctuality Uniform condition Personal grooming Employee discipline Work productivity Work allocation Behaviour toward school staff Compliance with supervisor instructions Proper use of equipment Completion of assigned duties Identify employees requiring improvement, retraining or management action. 3. Hygiene Standards Ensure proper hygiene procedures are followed throughout the school. Inspect: Toilets and washrooms Waste bins Cleaning equipment Mops and cloths Cleaning chemical storage Consumable supplies Odour control High-touch surfaces Waste segregation and removal 4. Health & Safety Inspection Monitor compliance with Falcon HSE procedures. Check: PPE usage Wet-floor warning signs Chemical labelling Chemical storage Material Safety Data Sheets where applicable Safe equipment operation Electrical safety Trip and slip hazards Safe storage practices Emergency access routes General housekeeping Any serious safety violation must be reported immediately to Falcon management. 5. Corrective Actions Record deficiencies identified during inspections and issue corrective actions to the relevant site supervisor. Each issue should include: Location Description of issue Photo evidence where appropriate Responsible employee/supervisor Required corrective action Deadline for completion Follow-up status The inspector must verify that corrective actions have been completed. 6. Client Service Monitoring Maintain professional communication with designated school representatives and obtain feedback regarding Falcon services. Any complaint should be: Recorded. Verified. Reported internally. Investigated. Corrected. Closed with documented evidence. Employees should follow Falcon’s management and reporting structure when raising operational issues. 7. Reporting Submit inspection reports to Falcon management. Reports should include: School/site name Inspection date and time Number of employees present Attendance issues Cleaning quality score Hygiene score Safety score Labour performance observations Supervisor performance Client complaints Photos Corrective actions Outstanding issues Recommended management actions A weekly summary should identify recurring problems and locations requiring management attention. Performance Indicators Performance may be measured based on: Reduction in client complaints Inspection compliance scores Closure of corrective actions Hygiene compliance Safety compliance Labour performance Supervisor effectiveness Attendance compliance Recurring deficiencies Client satisfaction Authority The Quality Control & HSE Inspector may: Conduct announced and unannounced inspections. Request immediate correction of quality or safety deficiencies. Request explanations from site supervisors. Recommend employee retraining. Recommend disciplinary review for repeated violations. Escalate serious safety, hygiene or performance concerns to management. Final disciplinary decisions remain with Falcon management. Required Skills The preferred candidate should have: Experience in facilities management, cleaning services or soft services. Strong inspection and reporting skills. Basic HSE knowledge. Good communication skills. Ability to supervise multicultural workforces. Attention to detail. Ability to document findings professionally. Basic computer and mobile reporting skills. Ability to communicate in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage. Working Method The inspector should rotate between Falcon school locations and perform both scheduled and surprise inspections. The objective of the position is not only to identify problems, but to ensure problems are corrected and prevented from recurring. Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
