The QC Engineer will be responsible for inspecting on-site work, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and company policies. Responsibilities: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Conduct routine site inspections and prepare quality-related reports. Review material submittals and method statements for quality compliance. Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and consultants regarding inspections and approvals. Verify material deliveries and conduct material testing as per project requirements. Maintain a complete and organized record of QC documents, including inspection reports, test results, and approvals. Participate in internal and external quality audits. Assist in training site staff and subcontractors on quality procedures. Report and follow up on all quality issues to ensure timely corrective actions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in construction quality control (site-based experience preferred). Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and inspection techniques. Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and reporting skills. Proficient in MS Office; experience with QC/QA software is a plus. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
