# Quality Assurance (TELCO) **Primus@Knowledge Specialists, Inc.** · Taguig · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Description: - Through QC PLAN and self-checking to the process quality inspection, check the subcontractor team qualification and field work standard, audit the quality of acceptance and ensure the subcontractor carries on the field work according to the quality specification. - Undertake the E2E quality management of the project. - Work Order Validation, handles Field Engineers’ escalation, provide insight and root cause analysis. - Allocate and implement the quality requirements proposed by customers and the company. - Develop the project quality assurance plan and arrange the project team to implement the plan. - Measure and analyze the quality situation of the project and issue warnings on existing quality problems and risks. - Organize the project team to optimize processes and implement the quality improvement activities. - Internal control responsibilities: Monitor internal control risks of the project in the delivery process independently, issue warnings in time, drive improvements, and conduct audits regularly to ensure process execution and compliance quality. - Develop the cyber security inspection plan, organize the implementation of the inspections, and monitor and eliminate the risks. Responsible for the on-site subcontractor qualification inspection, tools and PPE check, supervise the on-site subcontractor follows QEHS rules to perform the implementation, so as to ensure the on-site QEHS management. Qualifications: - At least 3 years of relevant working experience - Knowledge in Telecom OSP and Last Mile, network maintenance / Troubleshooting focused. - Good team player and Time Management - Good communication skills, proficiency in English language - Good with all office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Access - Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent.
