Quality Assurance Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Officer to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate the quality of lead handling by real estate agents. Track lead allocation, follow-up activities, and conversion rates through the CRM system. Conduct regular audits of calls, WhatsApp conversations, emails, and client interactions to ensure compliance with company standards. Ensure all leads are contacted within the required response time. Monitor agent performance against KPIs, including response time, follow-up quality, appointments booked, and deal conversion rates. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management. Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement plans. Work closely with Sales Managers to enhance agent productivity and lead conversion. Ensure CRM records are accurate, complete, and updated at all times. Investigate missed opportunities, lost leads, and customer complaints. Conduct quality checks to maintain high customer service standards. Support the implementation of performance improvement initiatives and training programs. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Sales Operations, CRM Management, or Real Estate Administration. Experience in the real estate industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of CRM systems and lead management processes. Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
