Analyzes recurring compliance failures and operational bottlenecks to recommend targeted process refinements. Prepares quarterly compliance evaluations and actionable remediation plans for project leaders and department stakeholders. Enforces compliance with automated quality gates, security standards, and release criteria across active projects. Maintains and updates standard operating procedures, audit checklists, and compliance documentation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and the software development lifecycle. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
