Testing Fundamentals Apply strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC across different testing phases Perform testing at various levels: unit, integration, system, and UAT Execute different testing types including: oFunctional testing oRegression, smoke, and sanity testing Understand and manage the defect lifecycle, including severity and priority Test web and mobile applications (iOS and Android) 2. Test Design & Execution Analyze and review requirements such as BRDs, FRDs, and user stories Design, write, and maintain: oTest cases oTest scenarios oTest plans Ensure comprehensive test coverage aligned with business requirements 3. Defect Reporting & Tracking Log clear, detailed, and reproducible defects Use defect tracking tools such as: oJira oAzure DevOps oBugzilla Validate bug fixes and assess regression impact 4. Agile & Process Knowledge Work within Agile/Scrum development environments Collaborate using: oUser stories oAcceptance criteria Actively participate in sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives) 5. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders Provide clear written and verbal communication on test results and quality risks Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes 6. Test Automation Develop and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications Utilize automation tools such as: oSelenium oCypress oPlaywright Qualifications: Strong analytical and logical thinking skills High attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience in both manual and automation testing Nice-to-Have ISTQB Foundation Level or other relevant software testing certifications Must be willing to work in E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave. Quezon City (near Libis) Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
