Wexford, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Technical Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, integrity, and quality of products and quality management systems. Key Responsibilities · Ensure compliance with BRCGS, HACCP, retailer and customer requirements · Planning and execution of internal audit programmes. · Provide technical advice on legislation, packaging and nutritional requirements. · Ensure COAs, specifications, procedures and technical documentation are current and compliant · Assist with customer, regulatory and third-party audits · Manage and close out non-conformances and corrective actions · Reviewing specifications for raw materials, packaging materials and chemicals · Maintaining Supplier Approval Program and Montior Supplier Performance · Developing/ Maintaining the Culture plan at Stafford Bakeries Qualifications · Degree or equivalent in Food Science/Food Technology or related discipline. · At least five years of experience in a technical, quality or food manufacturing environment · Experience managing or supporting customer and third-party audits · Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS and food safety legislation · Qualified Internal Auditor · Methodical and logical with an ability to provide solutions · Highly organised · Knowledge of Tesco and/or RSPO Standards a distinct advantage Apply with full CV to cait@staffordbakeries.ie Benefits: - On-site parking Work Location: In person
