Our key service areas include: Tax Consulting Services – Primarily M&A Tax, Corporate Tax and assisting in India entry strategy Tax Compliance & Litigation Services – Corporates mainly Fund Structuring Services (AIFs & FPIs) – Concept to set up and compliances Succession Planning – Concept to set up Transfer Pricing – Advisory and compliances Role Description We are looking for a full-time, on-site Qualified CA to join our Direct Tax team, offering hands-on experience across tax advisory, litigation, and compliance engagements. Responsibilities Undertaking research on tax and regulatory matters Drafting technical notes, opinions, and internal memos Assisting in the preparation of client deliverables (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Supporting client communication, including drafting emails and responses Assisting with tax compliance, including filing of tax returns Contributing to firm materials, presentations, and documentation Assisting in the development of thought leadership, articles, and insights Maintaining and updating client records and databases Coordinating client calls, meetings, and follow-ups Assisting in the setup of domestic funds (AIFs) Handling tax and regulatory compliances for domestic funds and FPIs Supporting other related assignments, as required Qualifications: Qualified CA 1–2 years of post-articleship experience in Direct Tax Strong command of the English language Good written and verbal communication skills Work Location: In person
