LTD.** · Jurong Island · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Summary We are seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare tender and contract documents, conduct quantity take-offs, and support financial administration for ERSS works & construction projects. Responsibilities Prepare and manage measurements and cost estimates for ERSS works projects from initial calculations through to final accounts Prepare tender and contract documents compliant with relevant regulations and standards Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and negotiate terms to secure favorable outcomes Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for project and tender submissions Conduct cost analysis and monitor project costs to ensure alignment with project objectives Assess progress payments and variation works for clients and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow Liaise with clients, management, and subcontractors to monitor progress of main and subcontract works Track project progress and handle measurement and valuation of variations for interim payments and final accounts Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and procedures Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience Strong communication and negotiation skills demonstrated through managing contractor and subcontractor interactions Knowledge and experience in piling works Candidates with extensive experience and proven track record may be considered for a Senior position Mittri Engineering Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based construction company with over 15 years of industry expertise.
