DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performance of subcontract tenders from preparation of tender documents to tender calling up to selection of Subcontractors / Supplier / Consultants / Service Providers and issuance of Subcontract Agreement. Issuance of Purchase Orders including acquiring quotation, preparing comparison sheets and uploading to Claudia system. Processing of progress billings from Subcontractors / Suppliers / Consultants / Service Providers. Pre-qualification of new Subcontractors / Suppliers / Consultants / Service Providers. Performance evaluation of Subcontractors / Suppliers / Consultants / Service Providers. Performs other duties from time to time as assigned/delegated by the superiors. EDUCATION, TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND CAREER Bachelor of Science in Engineering With at least 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
