The role ensures projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality standards and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for landscaping, irrigation, softscape, hardscape, and civil works. Review project drawings and specifications for quantity verification. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. Prepare and process subcontract agreements and purchase requests. Monitor project costs and control expenditures throughout the project. Measure work completed and prepare monthly progress valuations. Prepare variation orders (VO), claims, and supporting documents. Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Finance Departments. Verify subcontractor invoices and supplier payment certificates. Maintain records of quantities, cost reports, and contractual documentation. Assist in project budgeting, forecasting, and final account preparation. Ensure compliance with contract conditions and project requirements. Requirements Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in landscaping, irrigation, or civil construction projects. Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and cost estimation. Familiar with FIDIC contracts and UAE construction standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office. Experience with quantity surveying software is an advantage. Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
