W.L.L by Al Nisf Group** · Kuwait City · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role QHSE MANAGER Location: Kuwait Industry: Construction & Engineering We are looking for an experienced QHSE Manager to lead and oversee Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities across our projects and operations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems. - Ensure compliance with applicable local regulations, international standards, and client requirements. - Lead and monitor the implementation of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental plans across projects and sites. - Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, internal audits, and incident investigations. - Monitor project quality performance, identify non-conformities, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions. - Ensure proper implementation of HSE requirements, environmental controls, and quality assurance procedures. - Coordinate with project managers, site teams, clients, and relevant stakeholders to maintain QHSE compliance. - Prepare QHSE reports, monitor performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Lead, supervise, and develop the QHSE team across projects and operations. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline. - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including managerial experience in QHSE within the construction or engineering sector. - Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. - Relevant professional certifications in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management are preferred. - Proven experience in QHSE management systems, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance. - Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Experience working on major construction or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
