Key Responsibilities Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, and test data Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression Testing, and support UAT activities Identify, document, track, and validate defects throughout the software development lifecycle Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality Execute testing activities and provide detailed testing reports Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous process improvement Participate in Agile ceremonies and project discussions Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), or Software Testing Strong understanding of STLC and SDLC Experience in test planning, execution, defect management, and UAT support Hands-on experience with: Functional Testing Integration Testing System Testing Regression Testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Experience using JIRA, TestRail, or similar testing/reporting tools Understanding of API Testing (Postman experience is a plus) Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for data validation Good command of English , both written and verbal Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team Preferred Qualifications Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Digital Banking, Fintech, or Financial Technology Projects Experience with Automation Testing tools such as: Selenium Playwright Cypress Experience working within Agile / Scrum delivery environments Familiarity with banking transaction flows, payment systems, digital channels, or core banking applications will be a strong advantage Banking or Financial Services experience will be highly preferred and prioritized during the screening process.
