Conduct routine inspections of precast elements, concrete placement, and finishing to ensure compliance with specifications, tolerances, and quality standards. Perform and document inspections during pre-production, production, and pre-delivery stages for proper traceability and audit requirements. Monitor and coordinate the resolution of quality concerns, incidents, and non-conformances at the fabrication plant and project site. Implement and enforce QA/QC procedures and standards . Provide technical guidance to production teams on quality requirements and proper procedures. Participate in audits and ensure effective implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) .
