The candidate will ensure that all materials, workmanship, and procedures comply with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards. Key Responsibilities - Implement and maintain the project Quality Management System (QMS) . - Conduct site inspections , monitor construction activities, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. - Prepare and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and method statements. - Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams for inspection approvals (IRs/MIRs) . - Ensure all materials used on-site meet project specifications and approved standards. - Identify non-conformances and initiate corrective/preventive actions . - Maintain proper documentation of quality records, reports, and test results. - Liaise with external laboratories for testing and certifications. - Support project teams to meet quality and safety standards . Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Minimum 4–8 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects (UAE experience preferred). - Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC procedures, and construction codes . - Experience in handling consultant approvals and site inspections . - Proficiency in documentation and reporting. - Good communication and coordination skills.
