Must be a computer literate and with keen analytical ability. EXPERIENCE: Must have at least six (6) months work experience in a manufacturing company or must have acquired actual training concerning quality control & process control and must have knowledge in statistical tools. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Conducts actual in-process quality control inspection, including validation of first five/first piece inspection and verifying operator self-check effectiveness, monitoring of reworks for products/items at production, conducting quality audits and analyzing defect trends. 2. Performs special verification for materials at the warehouse and production as needed. 3. Review adequacy of QC controls, develop QC inspection requirements, criteria, and standards, and establish appropriate measurement methods. 4. Assist in the investigation and preparation of reports for non conformities encountred and inspection lapses; assist in the root cause analysis (RCA) and formulation of corrective action (CA) 5. Assist the team in the preparation and/or updating of inspection and test plans (ITPs) & process control charts (PCCs), QA advisories and other QA guidelines, QA Reports/documents and maintaining records of inspection. 6. Will become part of the Internal Audit team for integrated management System (IMS) Work Location: In person
