Perform assay testing and microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process sample, and finished products 2. Conduct in-process monitoring and production line sampling to ensure process compliance. 3. Maintain accurate QC Dpcumentation, including batch records, laboratory notebook, and Certification of Analysis (CoA) 4. Perform test method verification and validation, as well as instrumental and physical analyses (e.g. HPLC, reflactormeter, spectroscopy) 5. Identify deviations or non-conformities, assist in root cause analysis, and preventive action Other Attention to detail and accuracy in measurement, data analysis and interpretation, adapatability in a fast-paced lab or production environment, problem solving mindset Skills Assay & Microbiological testing, intrumental & physical analysis, in- process monitoring , troubleshooting QC deviation, QC documentation, GMP/GLP compliance, laboratory safety and chemical handling. Work Experiences: 2-3 years of experience in Quility Control or related role,include assay and microbiological testing and instrumental analysis, in- process monitoring, QC Documentation, and compliance with SOP`s, GMP, and regulatory standard. Experience with stability studies, method validation and process improvement is a plus.
