# QAQC Managers **NUCLEUS TRADING AND CONTRACTING** · Doha · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Description: QA/QC Manager: We are seeking an assertive, technical, and process-driven QA/QC Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience within Qatar or the GCC region . Quality System Implementation & Compliance - Establish, manage, and audit project-specific Quality Management Systems (QMS) in strict adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards. - Author and finalize the Project Quality Plan (PQP), detailed Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements prior to the launch of any construction phase. - Oversee comprehensive material inspections , ensuring all vendor items received on-site match approved material submittals and meet design specifications. Site Inspections, Testing & Defect Management - Coordinate and execute day-to-day site inspections with consultants, clients, and independent third-party laboratory agencies. - Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for substandard workmanship or materials, orchestrating Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and verifying the deployment of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). - Audit subcontractors and primary supply chains (including concrete batching plants and steel fabrication yards) to verify vendor compliance. Stakeholder Management & Handover Documentation - Act as the primary interface representing the company on all quality fronts before Ashghal (PWA), Kahramaa, Ministry representatives , and lead supervision consultants. - Compile, index, and secure all quality close-out documentation, as-built packages, and comprehensive Handover Dossiers for the final client sign-off. Mandatory Selection CriteriaExperience & Project Track Record - Minimum of 10 years of post-graduate QA/QC experience within the construction industry, featuring a minimum of 5 years operating directly in Qatar . - Proven history of delivering major building and infrastructure projects in Qatar. Prior experience managing Ashghal, PWA Design & Build, or Ministry projects is highly valued. Education, Licensures & Certifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or related engineering discipline) from an accredited university. - Mandatory UPDA / MMUP Registration as an Engineer in Qatar (Grade A or B preferred). - ISO 9001:2015 Certified Lead Auditor designation is required. Competencies - Assertive leadership with the ability to confidently halt non-compliant work or reject defective materials while remaining solution-oriented. - Flawless technical command of English with high-tier technical writing capabilities for engineering reports and client correspondence. Pay: Up to QAR10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
