QA Technical Lead

QA Technical Lead is needed to perform the following duties:

· Understand the project requirements and scope of the project and prepare execution strategy.

· Coordinating with customer on deliverables and business requirement changes.

· Preparation of project plan and test strategy documents for automation framework.

· Analyzing, feasible test requirement and updating test scenarios.

· Reviewing the Business and project Requirement documents like BRS, FRS and UCD with the product owner and development team to understand the architecture and functionality of the application.

· Work with customer team and Analyzed testing requirements as the basis for developing testing scenarios for the test level to be executed.

· Responsible in giving Initial test case review demo with the BA’s, PM along with dev. team and getting sign offs from team.

· Prepare release requirement use cases for QA sign off and prepare test scripts repository.

· Create and develop test plan and automation test feasibility for current and ongoing scope.

· Develop test execution plan and test automation framework and feasibility of test scenarios.

· Importing defects status reports and escalating if any major issues that stops QA Execution.

· Responsible in giving demo’s to the BP’s and get their approvals for Final deployment purpose. Performing System Test, functional test, functional integrated component test, functional system test (including some security testing and data validation), End to End testing, Regression testing on all modules of the application.

· Responsible for Design and develop application standard scripts to perform continues execution.

· Manage the planning, tracking and reporting of the project progress.

· Ensure all the deliverables meet client quality and standards.

· Participate in quality assurance and review meetings for deliverables and in project status

· Meetings to review and assess and status of ongoing tasks.

· Coordinating with development and testing team for issues clarification and tracking progress.

· Design and develop test automation frameworks using software tool and developing framework structure for regression execution.

· Reporting issues and updating defects status in project management tools and updating dashboard.

· Participate in User acceptance testing and deliver customer expectations during production release.

· Analyze and identify the business workflows for various mobile devices and in multiple operating systems.

· Conducting regression test on each release and coordination with development team on defects.

· Design automation frame work and feasibility of business scenarios for use cases, maintain coding standard and identify regression scripts.

· Develop in writing test scripts using java and executed it through selenium cucumber.

· Manage and scheduling task, release meeting, and attend Triage Calls with the client and development team.

· Work closely in troubleshooting the issues and facilitating test meetings, status updates with development teams, maintaining testing issues lists and follow-ups.

· Integrate and identify data validation in Database testing using SQL server, Oracle, My SQL.

· Tracking Defects using, JIRA, Rally and capturing the defects using Snipping Tool.

· Retest the issues fixed by the developers by creating new case on each scenario’s and make sure the system response as expected and close the defects.

· Responsible for coordinate e-Commerce functionality (STS, SFCC,I parcel, DOM, OMS, Shipping, VERTEX, Server Instance Testing) for order flow.

· Created high-level Test scenarios and test data for the Business partners in UAT Phase

· Involved in creating and executing UAT test scenario’s, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing and End -to -End testing.

· Managed multiple projects at a time and involved in the go live deployment phase as scheduled timelines.

· Validating the load and performance testing using automated tools and finding deviation from the business flow.

· Participate weekly release meeting and perform QA demo to end client and business for release features.

· Wok with development team third party vendors on time to make sure deliverables are not impacted on time.

· Execute and perform Mobile QA in emulators and devices for each release and update software defects

· Responsible for release regression and execute automation scripts daily basis to make sure no deviations from the release requirements and running business.

· Delivering project metrics and summary report to end user and management.

· Provide superior technical support and build successful long-term relationships with both internal and external clients.

· Collaborate with support and consulting colleagues across multiple geographies.

· Troubleshoot, escalate and respond to product support requests from advertisers and sales teams.

· Communicate effectively with engineering and other technical groups to enhance products and resolve customer issues.

· Prepare and share project progress status and summary report to client management

· Updating the Test Scripts, QBR FORMS, REPORTS and PROCS based on request in the SharePoint.

· Run the schedule jobs from the Jenkins Dashboard and prepare new jobs time lines and update repository.

· Attended Defect Triage meetings and All-hands meeting with Client.

· Responsible to prepare meeting plan and present release demo and success points.

· Prepare action items and escalate to project team to take immediate attention on requirements flaws.

· Responsible to maintain good relationship between client and implementation partners

· Updated the BR’s and SFR’s as per the changes done by the Business Partners to meet Client Requirements.

· Maintain Test Data for Payment(VISA, Master, Amex, PayPal, Master pass, Apple Pay) and online payment

· Wok with Contact Center BM application for domestic, international payment, order cancellation, Tax, ship, return, and deliverable status.

· Responsible to maintain test repository and automation suite and share the final report to client management

· Loyalty points, Tax and delivery dates are calculated accordingly as per client specifications.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree is required in Computer Science or Software Engineering or Information Technology.

Pay: $97,500.00 per year
