We are developing our in-house platform , which is already live and actively operating, while also expanding our product line , allowing us to adapt quickly to market needs and implement innovations at speed. We are looking for a QA Lead to join our Team and take ownership of the quality and stability of our iGaming products. You will lead a few teams of QA Engineers, combine hands-on manual testing with QA process management, and work closely with Development, Product, and other teams to ensure high-quality product delivery. You will be involved in the full QA lifecycle — from requirements analysis and test planning to release validation, production issues, and continuous improvement of QA processes. Requirements - 8+ years of commercial experience as a QA Engineer. - 4+ years of experience as a QA Lead. - Commercial experience in iGaming. - Experience working with high-load products . - Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. - Hands-on experience with Jira, TestRail, Confluence , or similar tools. - Good understanding of APIs and REST ; experience with Postman is a plus. - Basic knowledge of SQL . - Experience testing web applications and mobile devices. - Experience creating and maintaining test documentation and defining test coverage. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Russian — fluent. - English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher. Nice to Have - Experience testing payment systems and PSP integrations. - Experience with test automation. - Experience with testing financial transactions, wallets, bonuses, or other systems where data accuracy and consistency are critical.
