# QA Staff **Panasonic** · Thành Phố Hồ Chí Minh · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Mô tả công việc: (Mức lương: Thỏa thuận) - Perform Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) and product inspections according to production schedules and delivery plans. - Conduct inspections based on inspection standards, work instructions, and check sheets; support the development and maintenance of quality documents. - Monitor product quality, manage non-conforming products (NG), support root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective actions. - Monitor 4M changes and conduct quality patrols on production lines to ensure process compliance. - Support supplier quality activities and participate in quality improvement (Kaizen) initiatives. - Provide quality training for inspectors and production operators while ensuring compliance with company quality and safety standards. - Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. - Perform other duties assigned by the QA Manager.
