# QA/QC (Snagging) Engineer **Boujee Construction LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role QA/QC Engineer – Finishing & Snagging Location: Dubai Islands, Dubai Employment Type: Full-time Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 12,000 per month About the Role We are hiring an experienced QA/QC Engineer with strong expertise in finishing works and snagging to support our construction projects in Dubai Islands. The role will focus on inspecting completed and ongoing works, identifying quality issues and outstanding items, monitoring rectification activities, and ensuring that all works meet the required project standards prior to final inspection and handover. The ideal candidate should have hands-on site experience in mid-rise or high-rise residential/commercial construction projects and a strong understanding of finishing quality and project handover requirements. Key Responsibilities Inspect architectural, civil, and finishing works to ensure the required level of workmanship and quality. Identify defects, incomplete works, damages, and other quality-related issues during site inspections. Prepare clear snagging reports and maintain accurate records of outstanding and completed items. Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors regarding rectification requirements. Monitor the progress of snagging activities and ensure identified issues are addressed within the required timeframe. Conduct re-inspections to confirm that corrective works have been properly completed. Check completed works against approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, and applicable quality requirements. Maintain inspection records, snagging documentation, photographs, and closure reports. Support pre-handover and final handover inspections. Report recurring workmanship or quality issues to the relevant project team. Assist the project team in achieving high-quality project completion with minimal outstanding defects. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline . Previous UAE experience as a QA/QC Engineer, Quality Engineer, Snagging Engineer, or similar construction role is preferred. Practical experience in mid-rise or high-rise building projects . Strong knowledge of architectural and finishing works, including inspection and snagging procedures. Ability to understand construction drawings, specifications, and project quality requirements. Experience preparing snag lists, inspection reports, and quality documentation. Good coordination and communication skills when dealing with site teams, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify workmanship defects. Able to work on-site at Dubai Islands Candidates with strong experience in finishing inspection, snagging, rectification monitoring, and project handover will be given preference.
