# QA/QC Manager - Steel **Danube Groups** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Position: QA/QC Manager – Steel Structure We are hiring an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for our steel structure and fabrication projects . The ideal candidate should have strong experience in structural steel works, fabrication, erection, welding, inspection, and project quality management. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans, ITPs, inspection procedures, and quality documentation. - Supervise all quality activities related to structural steel fabrication, welding, painting, blasting, and erection. - Review and approve material submittals, method statements, inspection procedures, and technical documents. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, third-party inspectors, and project teams for inspections and approvals. - Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, and standards. - Monitor welding activities, WPS/PQR, welder qualifications, NDT requirements, and inspection records. - Conduct regular quality inspections at fabrication yards and project sites. - Identify non-conformities, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure timely closure of NCRs. - Maintain complete QA/QC records, inspection reports, test certificates, and handover documentation. - Lead quality audits and ensure continuous improvement in project quality standards. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - 10–15 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in structural steel and fabrication projects. - Strong experience in steel structures, welding, fabrication, erection, and coating works. - Knowledge of relevant international standards and specifications. - Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems. - Strong knowledge of ITPs, WPS/PQR, NDT, NCR, material inspection, and quality documentation. - UAE/GCC project experience preferred. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
