# QA/QC Manager – Luxury Residential **HEILBRONN PROPERTIES DEVELOPMENT** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Position: QA/QC Manager – Luxury Residential Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Luxury Residential Property Development Experience: Minimum 10 years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction , with proven expertise in luxury residential apartments and high-end property developments . The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the design, construction, finishing, and handover stages. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection processes . - Monitor construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards. - Ensure high-end/luxury finishing standards are consistently achieved across residential apartments and common areas. - Conduct regular inspections, material inspections, and quality audits. - Review and approve material submittals, samples, mock-ups, and technical submissions. - Identify quality issues, non-conformities, and defects and ensure timely corrective actions. - Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and project management teams. - Maintain detailed QA/QC documentation, inspection records, NCRs, and quality reports. - Monitor workmanship and finishing quality including joinery, stone, marble, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, façade, MEP finishes, and architectural details . - Establish quality benchmarks and ensure projects meet the required luxury development standards. - Support snagging, de-snagging, testing, commissioning, and final handover activities. - Ensure compliance with relevant UAE regulations, international standards, and project specifications . Requirements - Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in construction. - Mandatory experience in luxury residential apartments / high-end residential developments. - Strong knowledge of architectural finishes and high-quality workmanship. - Experience working with major contractors, consultants, or property developers. - Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, inspections, NCR management, and quality documentation. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain exceptionally high quality standards. - Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred. - Relevant degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field . - Relevant QA/QC certifications such as ISO 9001, Lead Auditor, or equivalent would be an advantage. Pay: AED1.00 per month Work Location: In person
