The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and company procedures while leading the QA/QC team to achieve high‑quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s QA/QC policies, procedures, and manuals. Ensure all project activities comply with contractual requirements, codes, and standards. Lead inspections, testing, and quality audits across all project phases. Review and approve method statements, ITPs, material submittals, and technical documents. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients regarding quality issues. Identify non‑conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Manage QA/QC documentation, reports, NCRs, and quality records. Supervise QA/QC engineers and inspectors and ensure proper execution of quality plans. Ensure materials and workmanship meet required specifications. Support continuous improvement and ensure high‑quality project delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 7–10 years experience in QA/QC roles within construction or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC procedures, and project specifications. Experience with mega projects is preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
