# QA/QC Manager **IFAS** · Riyadh · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 24 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Summary We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead and manage all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across our projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all work, materials, processes, and deliverables comply with approved specifications, applicable standards, project requirements, and company quality procedures. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the project Quality Management System (QMS). Prepare and manage the Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality procedures. Lead QA/QC inspectors and coordinate daily inspection activities. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and applicable codes and standards. Review and approve material submittals, inspection requests, test reports, and quality documentation. Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams on quality-related matters. Monitor and report quality performance, KPIs, non-conformances, and corrective actions. Manage NCRs, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions. Conduct internal quality audits and support external/client audits. Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and closeout of quality records. Identify potential quality risks and implement preventive measures. Provide technical guidance and training to project personnel on quality requirements. Ensure all testing and inspection activities are completed according to approved procedures and project requirements. Prepare regular QA/QC reports for management and clients. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. 8+ years of QA/QC experience , preferably in a project/construction environment. Minimum 4 years in a QA/QC Manager or similar leadership position . Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection procedures, and international standards. Experience with NCR management, audits, ITPs, method statements, and quality documentation. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under project deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project/document-control systems. Preferred Qualifications Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CQI/IRCA, ASQ, or equivalent . Experience working on major construction, infrastructure, industrial, MEP, or engineering projects. Knowledge of applicable international codes and standards.
