Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements and applicable industry standards. Prepare and implement the Quality Management Plan (QMP) for the project. Develop and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) for engineering, manufacturing, construction, installation, and commissioning activities. Review and approve inspection procedures, test plans, and quality documentation . Monitor and ensure all construction activities comply with approved quality plans and specifications . Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure their quality systems and plans comply with project requirements . Conduct quality inspections and audits during project execution. Perform internal quality audits during key project milestones (such as 30% and 70% project progress). Identify and report non-conformities (NCRs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Monitor factory acceptance tests (FAT) and other inspection activities when required. Maintain proper documentation, quality records, and audit reports . Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and inspectors regarding quality matters. Ensure all materials, fabrication, installation, and testing meet project specifications, standards, and codes . Provide quality reports and updates to management and project stakeholders . Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) . Minimum 7–10 years of experience in QA/QC for construction or EPC projects. At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory QA/QC role . Experience in power, renewable energy, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System . Experience in Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), quality audits, and NCR management . Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning quality processes . Experience managing subcontractor quality compliance . Strong understanding of construction codes, standards, and quality procedures . Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills . Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders Must be willing to be deployed in Itogon, Benguet.
