The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction projects, quality management systems, inspection, and quality control, with proven leadership experience. Requirements Minimum 15 years of relevant QA/QC experience in the construction industry. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. IRCA Certified ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor is mandatory. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Experience in developing and implementing QA/QC procedures, ITPs, Method Statements, and inspection processes. Strong experience in handling inspections, NCRs, corrective/preventive actions, and quality documentation. Ability to lead and manage QA/QC teams effectively. Strong communication and coordination skills with consultants, clients, and subcontractors. Qatar/GCC construction experience is preferred. Immediate joiners are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the overall QA/QC activities for construction projects. Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, standards, and ISO 9001 requirements. Develop and implement project Quality Plans, ITPs, procedures, and inspection processes. Monitor and control quality performance across project activities. Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project teams regarding quality matters. Manage NCRs, corrective actions, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Conduct internal quality audits and ensure timely closeout of findings. Maintain all QA/QC records and documentation. Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: work: 10 years (Required) License/Certification: IRCA Certified ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor (Required) Work Location: In person
