# QA/QC Manager (10+ Years of Experience) **NUCLEUS TRADING AND CONTRACTING** · Doha · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are seeking a highly qualified and rigorous QA/QC Manager (Civil) to lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control department for our upcoming major civil infrastructure and building projects in Qatar. Key Responsibilities - Quality Management System: Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards. - Site Inspections & Audits: Oversee daily civil quality control operations, manage site inspectors, and lead internal and external quality audits. - Documentation & Compliance: Manage all quality-related documentation including RFIs, NCRs, materials submittals, and method statements. - Stakeholder Management: Coordinate directly with clients, consultants (such as Ashghal / PWA or QatarEnergy ), and subcontractors on all quality assurance bottlenecks. - Corrective Actions: Investigate non-conformances, analyze root causes, and strictly enforce preventive and corrective actions. - Material Testing: Monitor the testing of civil materials (concrete, earthworks, steel, utilities) both on-site and through independent third-party laboratories. Required Qualifications & Experience - Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. - Experience: Minimum 10+ years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry, with a hard requirement for GCC / Qatar civil project experience (Roads, Infrastructure, High-Rise, or Industrial structures). - Certifications: - ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification (IRCA accredited) is highly preferred/mandatory. - UPDA / MMUP Engineering Registration (Grade A or B) is a distinct advantage. - Regulatory Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Qatar Construction Specifications ( QCS ) and Ashghal project procedures. - Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English, exceptional leadership capabilities, and strong reporting skills Work Location: In person
