# QA/QC - Landscaping **Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 29 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role QA/QC Engineer – Landscaping Perfect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC is looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to manage quality inspections and documentation for landscaping, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and civil works . Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures and ITPs . Conduct site inspections and ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, and method statements . Inspect hardscape, softscape, irrigation, paving, planting, drainage, kerbs, and external works . Check materials to ensure they meet approved specifications before installation. Prepare and maintain IRs, MIRs, ITPs, checklists, test reports, and quality records . Review material approvals, test certificates, and technical documents. Identify quality issues and raise NCRs when required. Follow up on corrective actions and ensure NCRs are closed. Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, and site teams . Coordinate required testing, inspections, snagging, and rectification works. Assist with as-built documents and final project handover . Prepare regular QA/QC reports and maintain proper quality records. Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE requirements, and quality standards . Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or related field . Minimum 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience . Experience in landscaping, construction, infrastructure, or external works . Good knowledge of landscape materials and construction methods . Experience with ITPs, IRs, MIRs, NCRs, method statements, and QA/QC documentation . Ability to read and understand drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents . Proficiency in MS Office . Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. UAE landscaping/construction experience is preferred. UAE Driving License is an advantage. Immediate joiners are preferred.
