The candidate will be responsible for inspecting site activities and ensuring all works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and UAE regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct routine site inspections for construction activities - Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards - Verify material deliveries, storage, and usage as per project requirements - Witness inspections and tests as per Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) - Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and third-party inspectors - Identify non-conforming work and report issues to QA/QC Engineer - Assist in raising and closing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) - Maintain inspection records, checklists, and quality documentation - Monitor workmanship quality and ensure corrective actions are implemented - Ensure compliance with UAE codes, standards, and local authority requirements - Support QA/QC Engineer in implementing the Quality Management System Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field - Minimum 2+ years of QA/QC inspection experience in UAE construction projects - Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards - Familiarity with ITPs, method statements, and inspection procedures - Experience in building / infrastructure / MEP projects (as applicable) - Strong attention to detail and reporting skills - Ability to work independently on site - Immediate joiners preferred (optional) Work Location: In person
