Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-Time Job Description SADAF Premium Interiors Design and Contracting L.L.C. is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer – Interior Fit-Out to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all interior fit-out works, materials, finishes, and installations are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, client requirements, and established quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, checklists, and quality documentation. * Conduct inspections of interior fit-out works and verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications. * Inspect materials, finishes, workmanship, and installations to ensure required quality standards. * Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), NCRs, snagging reports, and QA/QC records. * Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other project teams on quality-related matters. * Identify defects and non-conformities and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions. * Conduct pre-handover inspections and follow up until all snagging and outstanding items are successfully closed. * Ensure compliance with client requirements and applicable project quality standards. * Maintain proper QA/QC documentation throughout the project lifecycle. * Support continuous improvement of quality processes across projects. Requirements * Relevant degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field. * Previous QA/QC experience in interior fit-out projects is preferred. * Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, installation methods, and quality standards. * Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications. * Good documentation, reporting, communication, and coordination skills. * UAE experience in the interior fit-out industry will be an advantage.
