The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all fit-out works are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and applicable UAE regulations. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC procedures and inspection plans. - Inspect interior fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, doors, glazing, wall finishes, and MEP-related coordination works . - Review approved drawings, material submittals, method statements, and project specifications. - Conduct site inspections and prepare Inspection Requests (IRs/WIRs) . - Ensure materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications and standards. - Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams regarding quality requirements. - Raise and monitor NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure corrective actions are completed. - Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection records, checklists, test reports, and quality reports. - Monitor material deliveries and verify materials against approved submittals. - Coordinate testing and inspections with consultants and relevant authorities where required. - Identify quality issues at an early stage and recommend corrective and preventive actions. - Conduct snagging and de-snagging inspections and ensure timely closure. - Participate in internal quality audits and project quality meetings. - Ensure works are completed in accordance with approved shop drawings and project requirements. - Assist in preparing handover and close-out documentation , including as-built drawings, warranties, test reports, and O&M documentation. Requirements - Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field . - Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in QA/QC , preferably within interior fit-out and refurbishment projects . - Strong knowledge of interior fit-out construction methods and quality standards. - Experience working with consultants and contractors in the UAE. - Knowledge of IR/WIR, NCR, MIR, ITP, method statements, checklists, and snagging procedures . - Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and MEP drawings. - Good knowledge of MS Office and construction documentation. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - UAE driving license is an advantage. - Candidates available in the UAE with relevant fit-out experience are preferred. Preferred Skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. - Good knowledge of UAE construction practices and consultant requirements. - Ability to work under project deadlines and coordinate multiple activities. - Experience with commercial, hospitality, residential, retail, or office fit-out projects.
