This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our electrical engineering projects and deliverables. As QAQC Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining rigorous quality assurance and quality control procedures throughout all stages of electrical engineering projects. Your work will be integral to upholding our commitment to excellence, safety standards and client satisfaction across all electrical installations and systems. Key responsibilities Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive quality assurance and quality control procedures for electrical engineering projects Conduct inspections, tests and audits of electrical installations, systems and components to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards Review technical drawings, specifications and project documentation to identify potential quality issues and deviations Perform site inspections and quality checks during various project phases, from planning through to completion Document all quality control activities, test results and non-conformances in detailed reports Investigate and resolve quality issues, recommending corrective and preventive actions Collaborate with project teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant electrical codes, standards and regulations Prepare quality certifications and documentation required for project handover and compliance Provide technical guidance and recommendations to improve quality processes and project outcomes What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline Minimum 1-5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, with substantial exposure to quality assurance and quality control activities Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, testing methodologies and industry standards Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and regulations, such as the National Electrical Code or Philippine electrical standards Proven experience in conducting inspections, tests and audits of electrical installations Proficiency in preparing technical reports and quality control documentation Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to identify quality issues and deviations Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies is advantageous Proficiency in relevant software tools and computer applications for documentation and reporting Valid professional engineer license or certification is preferred What we offer At Net Pacific, Inc., we are committed to supporting the professional development and wellbeing of our employees.
