The role involves continuous site inspections, coordination with execution teams, and maintaining quality documentation. Key Responsibilities: * Perform daily site inspections for civil, finishing, and MEP works * Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements * Implement and follow Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and quality checklists * Monitor material quality, approvals, and proper storage at site * Raise NCRs, track corrective and preventive actions * Verify workmanship quality for RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and finishing works * Maintain QA/QC reports, inspection records, test results, and site documentation Requirements: * BE / BTech in Civil Engineering * Minimum 5 years of site-based QA/QC experience in construction * Knowledge of IS codes, construction standards, and testing procedures * Good coordination and communication skills Preferred Skills: * Experience in residential, villa, or high-rise projects * Knowledge of finishing quality benchmarks * Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
