Key Responsibilities1. Quality Assurance (QA) Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and standards. Prepare quality plans, inspection test plans (ITP), and method statements. Ensure compliance with company standards, client specifications, and international codes. Conduct internal audits and quality system evaluations. Monitor process improvements and preventive actions. 2. Quality Control (QC) Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship on-site or in production. Perform testing and verification activities. Review inspection reports and test results. Identify defects and non-conformities. Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented. 3. Documentation & Reporting Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation. Prepare NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), inspection reports, and quality dossiers. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors. Ensure proper filing of calibration certificates, test reports, and approvals. 4. Coordination & Communication Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and contractors. Attend quality meetings and inspections. Provide technical guidance regarding quality standards. Train staff on quality procedures and safety requirements. 5. Compliance & Standards Ensure compliance with ISO standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. Monitor adherence to safety and environmental procedures. Verify implementation of approved procedures and standards.
