Inc.** · Silang 4118 04A · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities: · Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. · Develop and implement quality control plans, inspection checklists, and testing procedures. · Coordinate with the Engineering and Manufacturing departments to address quality concerns and corrective actions. · Maintain documentation for quality standards, test results, and compliance certifications. · Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and initiate process improvements. · Assist in internal audits and prepare reports for management review. · Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and client specifications. · Train production personnel on quality standards and proper inspection techniques. · Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and recommend corrective/preventive measures. · Liaise with suppliers for material quality assessments and coordinate third-party inspections if needed. Qualifications: Education: · Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience: · Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in QA/QC within a manufacturing or engineering environment Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
