Conduct inspections of civil works and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. Monitor construction materials and workmanship to ensure required quality standards. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records and documentation. Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers and subcontractors for quality-related activities. Identify quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, safety requirements and project specifications. Requirements Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 3–5 years of experience in Civil/Construction QA/QC. Good communication and site coordination skills. Kannada, Tamil and Hindi language knowledge preferred.
