# QA/QC Engineer **Leclands, Inc** · Quezon City · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role About the Role We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer to ensure that manufacturing processes and finished products meet established quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements. The role will work closely with the Production and other departments to identify quality issues and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products. Ensure products meet approved specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Monitor production processes and identify quality issues or deviations. Investigate non-conformities, defects, and customer-related quality concerns. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and related documentation. Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams on corrective and preventive actions. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Monitor implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions. Assist in establishing and improving QA/QC procedures, checklists, and inspection standards. Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company quality and safety requirements. Provide quality updates and reports to Management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering , or a related engineering field. Licensed Engineer is an advantage. At least 1–2 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in manufacturing or production . Knowledge of quality control processes, inspection methods, and root cause analysis. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively with production teams. Willing to work on-site and conduct regular production floor inspections.
