# QA/QC Engineer **Global Eco Link Development Corporation** · General Trias · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities Quality Management & Inspection Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP). Conduct daily site inspections, material receiving inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with drawings and technical specifications. Coordinate with project consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site engineers regarding quality-related requests for inspection (RFI) and tests. Non-Conformance & Corrective Action Identify, issue, and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Instructions (SI). Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and formulate Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans with site teams. Monitor the implementation of remedial actions to ensure prompt closure of quality issues. Documentation & Turnover Review method statements, material submittals, mill certificates, and third-party laboratory test results (e.g., concrete cylinder tests, soil compaction, NDT) prior to client submission. Compile and maintain systematic quality control records, calibration logs, and handover/turnover dossiers. Compliance & Coordination Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations alongside the OSH officer. Assist in internal and external quality management audits (e.g., ISO 9001:2015). Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or relevant Engineering fields , Licensed is highly preferred. Work Experience Minimum of 2–5 years of progressive experience as a QA/QC Engineer in construction, land development, manufacturing, or engineering projects within the Philippines. Direct experience in conducting site inspections, managing NCRs, and preparing ITPs. Certifications (Preferred but not required) ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Lead/Internal Auditor. Skills & Competencies Solid understanding of Philippine engineering codes, building standards, and testing methodologies. Strong command of English and Tagalog (both written and verbal) for technical reporting and field coordination. Proficiency in MS Office, CAD software, and quality management applications. Willingness to be assigned to project sites across various regions in the Philippines if required. Benefits: Pay raise Work Location: In person
