[1, 2, 3] Inspections & Testing - Conduct routine site inspections and surveillance checks on ongoing works and permanent materials. - Witness and validate material and functional tests (e.g., concrete slump tests, soil compaction, or non-destructive testing). - Coordinate and raise internal/external Work Inspection Requests (WIR) and Material Inspection Requests (MIR) with consultants or clients. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] Documentation & Reporting - Maintain comprehensive QA/QC records, including test results, calibration certificates, and inspection logs. - Manage and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Instructions (SIs), and drive corrective or preventive actions to closure. - Prepare and submit regular quality control reports to the QA/QC Manager and senior project management.
