# QA/QC Engineer **DNB Construction LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role QA/QC Engineer – Structural Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Construction Experience: 3–4+ years UAE construction experience Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer – Structural with strong UAE construction experience, particularly in high-rise building projects, post-tensioning, finishing works, and building handover . Key Responsibilities Manage and implement QA/QC procedures for structural and finishing works. Conduct inspections and ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, and project quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams for inspections and approvals. Monitor post-tensioning works , structural activities, and finishing works. Prepare and maintain inspection requests, checklists, NCRs, and other QA/QC documentation. Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. Ensure proper documentation and closure of quality-related observations. Coordinate and support high-rise building handover and completion activities . Assist with snagging, de-snagging, testing, inspection, and final handover documentation. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3–4 years of relevant UAE construction experience . Strong experience in structural works and high-rise buildings . Hands-on experience with post-tensioning works is required. Good knowledge of finishing works and quality inspection procedures . Previous experience in building handover / project completion is highly preferred. Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and site teams. Strong knowledge of QA/QC documentation and construction standards.
