# QA/QC Engineer **Denplex for Building & Contracting** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 20 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to manage and maintain quality standards across our construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction works, materials, and processes comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and company requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC procedures and inspection plans . Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality issues or deviations. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, consultants, and subcontractors regarding quality matters. Prepare and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) , checklists, inspection requests, and quality records. Review materials and ensure that only approved materials are used at the project site. Coordinate material inspections, testing, and approvals. Check workmanship and ensure proper execution of construction activities. Identify non-conformities (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Maintain proper documentation of inspections, tests, approvals, and quality reports. Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical documents from a quality perspective. Ensure proper testing and inspection of completed works before handing over to the consultant/client. Conduct quality toolbox talks and provide guidance to site teams regarding quality requirements. Monitor subcontractor and supplier performance related to quality. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports as required. Assist in project handover and preparation of snagging and de-snagging reports . Ensure all quality documentation is properly maintained and available for audits. Follow company HSE and quality policies at all times. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field . Minimum 3–5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction . UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, inspection procedures, and quality standards. Good knowledge of ITP, MIR, WIR/IR, NCR, method statements, checklists, and quality documentation . Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications. Good communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel . Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with site teams and project management. Preferred Experience Experience in steel, façade, aluminum, glass, architectural, and building construction works will be an advantage. Pay: AED1.00 per month Work Location: In person
