Material Testing: Collect and test samples of cement, steel, bricks, and sand to verify they meet structural standards. Compliance and Audits: Ensure all work follows local building codes, zoning laws, and company safety rules. Defect Management: Issue non-compliance reports (NCR) for poor workmanship and work with contractors to fix issues. Documentation: Qualifications and Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Licensed Engineer preferred). Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial building construction. Technical Skills: Ability to read blue prints, knowledge of ISO quality standards, and familiarity with material testing methods. Soft Skills: Good problem-solving, clear communication, and firmness in enforcing quality rules with contractors. Holder of PRC licensed engineer Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month License/Certification: PRC licensed engineer (Preferred) Work Location: In person
