# QA/QC Engineer **Axon FM** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are seeking a high-caliber Senior QA/QC Engineer to join our Projects Division in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will act as the ultimate quality reference across our contracting projects, moving beyond standard site inspection to strategically manage, standardize, and elevate our Quality Assurance and Quality Control framework. If you are a strong leader who can drive continuous improvement, eliminate rework, and seamlessly coordinate multidisciplinary teams, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and monitor all QA/QC activities across company projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable standards. * Prepare, review, and maintain Project Quality Plans, Method Statements, ITPs, Checklists, MIRs, WIRs, Material Submittals, and other QA/QC documentation. * Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, MEP Engineers, Procurement, Subcontractors, Consultants, and Clients. * Conduct site inspections and ensure that works meet the required quality standards before submission to consultants or clients. * Issue, monitor, and close NCRs, Site Observations, and Corrective & Preventive Actions. * Ensure that materials, suppliers, and subcontractors comply with approved project specifications and quality requirements. * Coordinate testing, inspections, documentation, and quality records for each project. * Identify the root causes of defects and rework and implement measures to prevent recurrence. * Participate in technical and quality meetings with consultants, clients, and project teams. * Develop and standardize QA/QC procedures across the Projects Division and promote best practices among different project teams. * Support continuous improvement by reducing defects, rework, delays, and quality-related risks. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline. * Strong QA/QC experience within contracting and construction companies in the UAE. * Proven experience dealing with consultants, clients, inspections, approvals, and project handovers. * Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Project Quality Plans, and QA/QC procedures. * Excellent technical documentation, reporting, inspection, and coordination skills. * Strong personality with the ability to coordinate and follow up effectively across multidisciplinary project teams. * Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
