The successful candidate will oversee and ensure compliance with project quality standards, handle documentation, and lead QA/QC-related coordination with consultants and client representatives. Responsibilities: Preparation and submission of Material Submittals, Shop Drawings, and Method Statements for client approval Ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable standards Conducting inspection requests (IRs) and coordinating with client/consultant for joint inspections Maintaining QA/QC documentation, such as test reports, inspection logs, and as-built records Monitoring and ensuring implementation of approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) Verifying installation works for: XLPE cables and terminations, Transformers, switchgears, and panelboards, Cable trays, busducts, trenching, ductbanks, and other electrical systems Supporting the testing and commissioning team by verifying results and documentation compliance Assisting in internal audits and non-conformance reporting as required Coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and site engineers on quality matters Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field At least 1 year of site QA/QC experience in electrical construction projects Familiarity with: Standards (e.g., IEC, ANSI, PEC, NEC) Preparation of method statements, material approvals, and inspection checklists Quality procedures related to electrical testing and installation Proficiency in MS Office and document control tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PDF markups, AutoCAD, Procore) Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills Experience working in coordination with consultants and client QA/QC representatives is an advantage Job Type: Full-time Pay: From Php23,000.00 per month Benefits: Opportunities for promotion Promotion to permanent employee Transportation service provided Ability to commute/relocate: San Pedro: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) License/Certification: PRC ID (Preferred) Work Location: In person
