The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of UAE experience in quality assurance and quality control, preferably within the Aluminum, Glass, Facade, Curtain Wall, Cladding, or related construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that materials, fabrication, installation, and completed works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and quality control plans for project activities. Inspect incoming materials including aluminum profiles, glass, hardware, accessories, sealants, and related materials. Conduct inspections of fabrication, assembly, installation, and finishing works. Review approved drawings, material specifications, method statements, and inspection requirements. Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, project engineers, and site teams. Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests, Material Inspection Reports, checklists, and quality records. Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications. Verify dimensions, levels, alignment, fixing, sealants, glass installation, and other technical requirements. Conduct quality inspections at various stages of project execution. Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Draftsmen, Production, and Installation Teams. Assist in preparing QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and project handover documents. Monitor and follow up on rectification of quality issues. Ensure proper documentation and traceability of inspection and testing activities. REQUIREMENTS 3–4 years of UAE experience in QA/QC. Experience in Aluminum, Glass, Facade, Curtain Wall, Cladding, or related construction projects is highly preferred. Engineering or relevant technical qualification. Good knowledge of QA/QC procedures and construction quality standards. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, facade, and technical drawings. Experience with inspection documentation, NCRs, checklists, and quality reports. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work on construction sites and coordinate with multiple project teams.
