# QA/QC Engineer - Aluminium & Glazing (Contract) **Mindstream** · Doha · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 9 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Mind Stream is hiring a QA/QC Engineer for a contract role on a buildings project in Qatar, covering quality assurance and quality control of aluminium and glazing works. The working day runs midday to 8pm: inspections through the first half, consultant reporting through the second. Responsibilities: - Inspect completed aluminium and glazing works against approved drawings, specifications, method statements and the Inspection and Test Plan - Carry out material inspection and approval of aluminium profiles, glazing units, fixings and associated accessories - Review method statements and ITPs for aluminium and glazing activities and confirm adequacy before inspection - Raise non-conformance reports for non-compliant works and track each one through to close-out - Snag installations, record defects with location and description, and verify rectification during subsequent inspections - Compile daily inspection records, test results and photographic evidence into a consultant-acceptable report Requirements: - Engineering degree or diploma - Proven QA/QC experience on aluminium and glazing works - Solid knowledge of ITPs, method statement review and material inspection/approval - Experience raising NCRs and managing snagging and defect close-out - Strong written reporting and formal correspondence skills with consultants Education: Engineering degree or diploma Location: Qatar Contract duration: 2 months Apply here: https://dtire.ddimtalentintelligence.com/apply/7f7nggwvm3y3 Email: careers@mind-stream.net WhatsApp: +974 30107270 Application Question(s): If selected, can you join immediately?
