# QA/QC and Engineering Manager **Technology Exports Services Corporation** · Carmona · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Licensed Engineer is preferred At least 5 years of experience in QA/QC and Engineering With supervisory or managerial experience Knowledgeable in ISO Standard, API Standard, QA/QC procedures, and engineering standards Experience in machining, fabrication, welding, or manufacturing is an advantage Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills Good communication and organizational skills RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee and manage the QA/QC and Engineering Department Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and engineering standards Ensure compliance with ISO standards, API standards, and company quality requirements Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, procedures, and technical documents Supervise inspection, testing, and quality control activities for machining, fabrication, and welding works Monitor and resolve non-conformities and quality issues Lead and participate in internal, external, and client audits Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and other departments to meet project and quality requirements Review and ensure the accuracy of QA/QC reports, inspection records, and technical documentation Provide technical guidance and leadership to QA/QC and Engineering personnel Monitor departmental performance and ensure quality and project requirements are achieved Benefits: Company Christmas gift Free parking Promotion to permanent employee Application Question(s): What is your asking salary?
