In this role, you will lead quality initiatives, collaborate across hardware, software, and engineering divisions, and streamline test methodologies to deliver highly reliable robotic solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES System & Hardware Validation: - Direct comprehensive testing across physical robotic platforms, electronic subassemblies, and automated charging infrastructure. Test Operations & Standards: - Design custom test environments and fixtures, establish standardized testing procedures (SOPs), and manage test documentation. Cross-Functional Troubleshooting: - Coordinate with engineering teams to analyze system defects, isolate root causes, and align software with integration requirements. Quality & Process Optimization: - Formulate test scenarios, analyze performance data, and continuously enhance validation protocols to shorten release cycles. WHY JOIN?
